Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)

CIP means improvement in small stages (KAIZEN). The CIP motivates staff to help improve work flows and processes in their environment by actively contributing ideas and suggested improvements.

The CIP is an important element of the company structure, and is applied throughout the entire CPH Group.

In 2011, the CPH Group received the IOP Sustainability Award from the University of Bern for sustainable ideas management in Perlen.
