All the CPH Group's operating sites in Switzerland and Germany also function as apprentice training centres. At any one time, up to 40 young people will be serving apprenticeships within the Group. The range of future professions here extends from automation engineer and chemistry lab technician to commercial officer, IT specialist, logistics specialist, paper technologist, plant operator, polymechanic, production and process mechanic.
