An eldorado for the technically inclined

Luzerner Zeitung – The CPH Group is well positioned with its paper, packaging and chemicals production businesses. It’s one of the winners in the market consolidation, too. It has just one problem: finding enough personnel for its Perlen paper factory.

Perlen is home to the head office of the CPH Group. The holding company has only a few employees, including the Group CEO, the Group CFO and certain financial specialists and supporting staff functions. The premises are also the production base of Perlen Papier AG and Perlen Packaging AG, which have a combined workforce of some 500 employees.
