Finanz und Wirtschaft - Packaging activities increased significantly in the first half of 2020.
In the Corona crisis, more newspapers were read, but advertisers placed significantly less ads - also because many shops were closed due to the lockdown. Conclusion: Newspapers and magazines became significantly thinner. CPH felt the effects in its main business, the production of newsprint and magazine papers.
