Perlen, 2 February 2023 – The CPH Group has sold a large tract of industrial land on the former Chemie Uetikon operating site in Full-Reuenthal (Switzerland) to Full Property AG. The sale has generated non-operating income in the low double-digit millions in the 2023 financial year. Full Property AG is jointly owned by Kuratle Group AG and Raurica Wald AG. The two companies plan to use the site to establish a sustainable wood processing operation which will utilize renewable energies to process roundwood sourced from Swiss forests into construction timber. Such wood construction materials are presently imported.

“We are very pleased that this part of our former Full-Reuenthal operating site in Canton Aargau will now be home to innovative companies with a sustainable business concept that will make a tangible contribution to protecting the climate,” says Peter Schildknecht, CEO of the CPH Group. The group used the site, which was the size of some 30 soccer pitches, to manufacture chemical products between 1946 and 2002. The site has since been gradually occupied by new business entities, including two recycling firms.
