Annual General Meeting with record attendance
The 51st Annual General Meeting of CPH approved all agenda items with a large majority.
The 51th Annual General Meeting at the KKL Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Luzern was attended by 248 shareholders.
They approved all the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association and included, among others, a sustainability provision and a nominee provision, for which a majority of two-thirds of the votes was required.
All members of the Board of Directors were confirmed in office, and Peter Schaub will continue to act as the Chairman. Like all other items on the agenda, the shareholders approved the proposed remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Management.
In accordance with the resolution of the AGM, the CPH Group will pay a dividend of CHF 4.50 per share for the 2022 financial year.
