2025 Annual General Meeting approves all proposals
CPH Group's Annual General Meeting has approved all agenda items by a large majority.
CPH's 2025 Annual General Meeting was held in Lucerne
259 shareholders attended the 53rd Annual General Meeting of CPH Group AG on 18 March 2025 at the KKL Luzern.
All members of the Board of Directors were confirmed in office, and Peter Schaub will continue to act as the Chairman. Like all other items on the agenda, the shareholders approved the proposed remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Management by a large majority.
In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting, the CPH Group will pay a dividend of CHF 2.00 per share for the 2024 financial year.
In his opening address, Chairman Peter Schaub paid tribute to the great achievements of CEO Peter Schildknecht, who is stepping down after 16 years at the helm of the company. He will be succeeded on 1 April 2025 by Alois Waldburg-Zeil, currently Head of the Chemistry Division.
