The CPH Group announces that Zeochem, the Chemistry Division of the CPH Group, has entered into an agreement with the responsible monitor for the acquisition of all substantial assets of SiliCycle. SiliCycle is a world leader in developing, producing and distributing high-value chromatography gels that are used in separation processes for pharmaceutical products. SiliCycle generated total revenues of CAD 16 million in the 2024 business year with a workforce of some 60 personnel. The parties have agreed not to divulge the purchase price involved. Upon completion of the acquisition, SiliCycle will be assimilated into the Chemistry Division. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in the third quarter of 2025.
