245 shareholders attended the 54th Annual General Meeting of the CPH Group on March 17, 2026, at the KKL Luzern.
They approved all agenda items by a large majority. All members of the Board of Directors were re-elected, and Peter Schaub will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting, CPH Group will pay a dividend of CHF 2.00 per share for the 2025 financial year.
